关于低压锅炉对流管胀接技术规范的探讨

摘　　要：结合《工业锅炉安装工程施工与验收规范》(以下简称《规范》)中关于胀接施工的技术要求,对旧锅炉的对流管胀接施工质量控制方法进行探讨,完善《规范》中对于旧锅炉对流管维修的相关内容,以指导旧锅炉的维修。同时提出建议,围绕胀管率的本质含义去改进胀管设备,保证旧锅炉的胀管质量。In combination with the technical requirements for expansion construction in ＂code for construction and acceptance for boiler installation engineering＂ （hereafter referred to as ＂specification＂ ）. the construction quality control method of convection pipe expansion in old boiler is discussed. To improve the related content of the old boiler convection pipe maintenance in the standard, to guide the maintenance of the old boiler convection pipe. At the same time, it is suggested to improve the expanding tube equipment to ensure the quality of the expansion tube of the old boiler.
