摘　　要：通过资料查阅、宏观检查,辅以壁厚测量、无损检测、硬度检测、化学成分分析、显微组织分析等检测方法,对事故锅炉进行分析。得出结论:锅内长期结垢;锅炉启、停频繁;烟管与管板的连接部位较大集中应力;多次交变热应力的共同作用产生了疲劳裂纹。The accident boiler was analyzed by means of data inspection, macroscopic examination, wall thickness measurement, non-destructive testing, hardness testing, chemical composition analysis and microstructure analysis. It was concluded that the long-term fouling of the boiler was large, the boiler was activated and stopped frequently, the connection point of the pipe and the tube plate was concentrated, and the fatigue crack was produced by the combined action of alternating thermal stress.
