摘 要:目的探讨在康复治疗的基础上给予玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗运动性膝关节损伤患者对其疼痛程度的影响,并评价临床疗效。方法 120例运动性膝关节损伤患者,按照入组先后顺序分为对照组和干预组,每组60例。对照组患者给予常规康复治疗,干预组患者在对照组的基础上给予玻璃酸钠关节腔注射。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果干预组患者治疗总有效率为98.33%,高于对照组的95.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患者VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者VAS评分均低于本组治疗前,且干预组患者VAS评分(1.04±0.26)分低于对照组的(1.21±0.17)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在康复治疗基础上给予玻璃酸钠关节腔注射能缓解患者疼痛。Objective To discuss the effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate on the degree of pain in patients with exercise-induced knee injury on the basis of rehabilitation therapy, and evaluate the clinical efficacy. Methods A total of 120 patients with exercise-induced knee injury were divided by admission order into control group and intervention group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional rehabilitation therapy, and the intervention group received intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, visual analogue scale(VAS) score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate in intervention group was 98.33%, which was higher than 95.00% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in pain VAS score(P〉0.05). After treatment, the VAS score in two groups were lower than those before treatment. The pain VAS score in intervention group was(1.04±0.26) points, which was lower than(1.21±0.17) points in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate on the basis of rehabilitation can alleviate pain in patients.
