摘  要:目的探讨穴位贴敷治疗痛风性关节炎选穴及所用中药的性、味、归经等规律特点,为痛风性关节炎穴位贴敷治疗标准化提供参考和借鉴,为腧穴配伍及穴位贴敷用药处方提供理论依据。方法通过计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库知识服务平台(WF)和维普数据库等自建刊以来国内众多学者的研究成果中穴位贴敷治疗痛风性关节炎的选穴及用药规律。最终纳入文献34篇,包括46个穴位,75味药物。结果与结论统计分析发现,在所属经脉穴位选择上以阿是穴、膝眼穴为主穴,经脉选择以足太阴脾经和足太阳膀胱经为主,穴位类型以原穴为主,用药以大黄、黄柏、天南星为多。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application in the treatment of gouty arthritis with traditional Chinese medicine and acupoint selection, taste, meridian characteristics, standardized treatment for gouty arthritis with acupoint application and provide reference, provide a theoretical basis for acupoint sticking acupoint and compatibility of prescription. Methods To search the China Journal Full-text Database by computer(CNKI) and Wanfang database(WF) and VIP database self published since the research results of domestic scholars in the clinical literature of acupoint application in the treatment of gouty arthritis, using frequency analysis method in data mining, analysis of acupoint application of acupoints and medication of gouty arthritis. Finally, a total of 34 articles were included in the study, including 46 acupoints and 75 drugs. Results and Conclusion Through the statistical analysis found that, in the selection of acupoints on the Ashixue and Xiyanxue acupoints,the meridians mainly attributed to the spleen and bladder, acupoints to yuan-source points; In terms of medication, in rhubarb, cortex phellodendri,rhizoma arisaematis as much.
