摘　　要：陶凯教授在妊娠咳嗽的治疗上总结出妊娠妇女几种特殊体质(阴虚质、气郁质、痰湿质、特禀质),并在此基础上辨证分型(阴亏肺燥、脾虚痰阻、气滞郁痹、特殊体质),辨证用药和安胎分别治以养阴润肺、健脾祛痰、开郁降气、补肺益肾、调理肝脾,治咳与安胎并举,发挥了中医药安全、有效、便捷的优点。Professor TAO Kai summarized several special constitutions of pregnant women（yin deficiency, qi stagnation, phlegm dampness and special quality） and syndrome differentiations（yin deficiency and dryness of the lung, spleen phlegm and stagnation of qi, special constitution）and treatments and tocolysis, nourishing yin and moistening lung, strengthening spleen and eliminating phlegm, expelling stagnation, invigorating the lung and tonifying the kidney, regulating liver and spleen respectively. The treatment of cough and tocolysis exploited the advantages of safety, efficiency and convenience of TCM, and achieved good results.
