麻杏化瘀汤联合西医常规疗法治疗痰热闭肺型小儿肺炎喘嗽

摘　　要：目的观察麻杏化瘀汤与西医联合治疗对痰热闭肺型肺炎喘嗽患儿的疗效。方法将106例痰热闭肺型肺炎喘嗽患儿随机分为2组。对照组给予常规西医治疗,联合组在对照组治疗基础上联合麻杏化瘀汤治疗,比较2组临床症状及体征改善情况及疗效。结果联合组治疗总有效率(96.23%)较对照组(79.25%)显著升高(P <0.01),联合组症状总积分(2.32±0.95)分较对照组(7.05±2.14)显著降低(P <0.01),联合组气促、咳嗽、肺部啰音及发热等临床症状与体征消失时间较对照组显著缩短(P <0.01)。结论在西医常规治疗的基础上联合麻杏化瘀汤治疗痰热闭肺型肺炎喘嗽能够明显提高其临床疗效,有效缓解临床症状,缩短病程。Objective To observe the effects of Maxing Huayu decoction combined with routine western medicine treatment of phlegm-heat obstructing lung in children with pneumonia asthma. Methods 106 cases of phlegm-heat obstructing lung in children with pneumonia asthma randomly divided into the control group giving conventional western medicine treatment, and the combined group receiving Maxing Huayu decoction on the basis of the control group. The improvement of clinical symptoms and signs and the difference of curative effects between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the combined group（96.23%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（79.25%）（P〈0.01）. The total symptom score of the combined group（2.32±0.95） was significantly lower than that of the control group（7.05±2.14）（P〈0.01）. The disappeared time of panting, cough, pulmonary rales and fever in the combined group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment, combined with Maxing Huayu decoction in the treatment of phlegm-heat obstructing lung in children with pneumonia asthma can be able to significantly improve the clinical effect, effectively relieve symptoms and shorten the disappearance time of symptoms and signs.
