摘　　要：电针及电针联合疗法对治疗糖尿病周围神经病有着显著作用。目前临床治疗除单纯电针外,常辅之以温针灸、耳穴及穴位注射。选穴主要以足三里、三阴交、合谷、曲池为主,且各穴之间存在着一定的腧穴配伍规律。同时大量动物实验研究证明,电针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变可能与镇痛机制有关。Electroacupuncture and electroacupuncture combined therapy have significant effects on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. At present, clinical therapy includes needle warming moxibustion, auricular acupuncture and acupoint injection in addition to electroacupuncture. The clinical acupoints are mainly Zusanli（ST36）, Sanyinjiao（SP6）, Hegu（LI4） and Quchi（LI11）, and there are certain rules of acupoints compatibility. At the same time, a large number of animal experiments have proved that electroacupuncture treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy may be related to the analgesic mechanism. However, its mechanism needs to be further explored to provide more evidence-based medical evidence for electroacupuncture treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
