摘 要:目的评价真空超声清洗器对心脏微创手术器械的清洗效果。方法采用目测法和ATP生物荧光法以及活菌计数法,对该清洗器的清洗微创手术器械的效果进行评价。结果经目测法观察,真空超声清洗器清洗后的微创手术器械干燥效果合格率为96. 32%,清洗效果合格率为97. 37%;经ATP法检测显示,该方法清洗后的微创手术器械上污染物去除率为99. 91%,对细菌去除率为99. 86%。结论真空超声清洗器对心脏微创手术器械的清洗效果可达到合格要求。Objective To evaluate the cleaning effect of a vacuum ultrasonic cleaner. Methods After the entire process was finished,the drying effect was evaluated visually; the contaminant removal effect of the ultrasonic cleaner was evaluated by visual method and ATP bioluminescence method. Bacterial counting method was used to evaluate the bacteria removal effect. Results The pass rate of drying effect of surgical instruments was 96. 32%,and the pass rate of cleaning effect through the visual method was 97. 37%. The removal rate of contaminants on surgical instruments before and after cleaning was 99. 91%,and the removal rate of bacteria was 99. 86%. Conclusion After passing the entire procedure of the vacuum ultrasonic cleaner,the cleaning effect of heart minimally invasive surgical instruments can meet the corresponding requirements. It can be used for mechanical cleaning of cardiac minimally invasive surgical instruments,but it must be used after sterilization.
