摘 要:舰载导航系统普遍采用多信源备份、多信息融合的信息保障方式,传统的装备效能评估方法不能直接应用于舰载导航系统作战效能评估。针对该问题,提出了基于信息保障能力的作战效能评估方法。首先根据舰载导航系统的使命任务构建了基于信息保障能力的评估指标体系层次结构,在系统信息保障层构建过程中,对比分析了基于装备类型与基于系统信息保障能力两种分解方案,并提出了基于信息融合度的KADC效能评估方法模型。最后对评估模型进行了实例测试,结果表明,所建评估模型符合新形势下导航信息保障的一般规律,具有较强的应用价值。Shipborne navigation system adopts the information support mode of multi-source backup and information fu- sion generally. The traditional method of equipment effectiveness evaluation can not be directly applied to the operational effectiveness evaluation of shipborne navigation system. Aiming at this problem, the paper establishes the information support relationship of navigational system to naval combat operations and the hierarchy of evaluation index system based on information support ability. Navigation information security effectiveness assessment of the special requirements, pro- posed and demonstrated based on the degree of information fusion KADC revised assessment model and the guarantee ef- ficiency decomposition program, and the assessment model was evaluated. The test results show that the proposed evalu- ation model accords with the general rules of navigation information security in the new situation and has strong applica- tion value.
