淮海经济区经济增长的时空特征与动力分析

摘　　要：以淮海经济区108个县市为研究单元,以2001—2016年为时序,在研究经济发展及其空间集聚特征的基础上,对淮海经济区经济增长动力演化过程及其空间类型进行定量研究。结果表明:(1)淮海经济区经济增长空间集聚特征日益明显,"高—高"和"低—低"集聚区分布日益集中,形成了以徐州为核心的集聚区向外围辐射经济效益。(2)淮海经济区经济增长动力具有显著的阶段性特征,其中需求拉动波动减弱,而其他4种动力均呈现不同程度的增强趋势;经济增长动力的结构在不断调整升级,逐步由需求拉动向产业升级和科技驱动进行转换。(3)海经济区经济增长动力存在显著的地域分异特征,地市经济增长动力呈东强西弱,且经济增长的动力类型呈明显的区域差异性。108 counties and cities in the Huaihai Economic Zone were taken as the research units and the time series from 2001 to2016 were used in the paper,the evolutionary process and spatial types of the economic growth in the Huaihai Economic Zone were quantitatively studied based on the study of economic development and spatial agglomeration characteristics. The results showed that：（1）The spatial agglomeration characteristics of economic growth in the Huaihai Economic Zone were becoming increasingly obvious,and the distribution of the＂high-high＂and＂low-low＂agglomeration areas was increasingly concentrated,and the economic benefits from the agglomeration of Xuzhou as the core to the periphery are formed.（2）The economic growth momentum of the Huaihai Economic Zone had significant phase characteristics. Among them,the demand-led fluctuations were weakened,while the remaining four dynamics showed different degrees of increasing trend,the structure of economic growth momentum was also constantly adjusted and upgraded,gradually shifting from demand to industrial upgrading and technology-driven.（3）The economic growth momentum of the sea economic zone had significant regional differentiation characteristics,and its economic growth momentum in the city was strong in the east and weak in the west. What＇s more,the dynamic types of economic growth also showed obvious regional differences.
