生产性服务业促进了技术创新效率的提升吗?——基于不同的集聚视角

摘　　要：借助面板门槛模型,通过在不同地区、不同类型条件下分别分析生产性服务业的专业化与多样化集聚对技术创新效率的影响。结果表明:(1)从全国看,专业化与多样化集聚对技术创新效率均具有显著促进作用。其中,前者呈正的"N"型关系,后者呈促进但递减的关系,两种集聚基于FDI、OFDI门槛下呈现"U"型关系。(2)从分地区看,东部地区专业化集聚抑制了技术创新效率而多样化集聚促进了技术创新效率,中西部地区两种集聚均提升了技术创新效率。(3)从产业层面看,低端生产性服务业的专业化集聚、高端生产性服务业的多样化集聚更能促进技术创新效率的提高。By using the panel threshold model,this paper made an empirical analysis of the impact of the specialization and diversification of producer services on the efficiency of technological innovation under the different regions and different types of conditions. The results showed that： The specialization and diversity of agglomeration promoted the efficiency of technological innovation significantly nationwide,and the former presented a positive n-type relationship while the latter presented a positive but diminishing relationship,both clusters presented a u-shaped relationship based on FDI and OFDI thresholds. The specialized agglomeration in the eastern region inhibited the efficiency of technological innovation,while the diversified agglomeration promoted it,both agglomerations improved the efficiency of technological innovation in the central and western regions. At the industry level,the specialized cluster of low-end producer services and the diversified cluster of high-end producer services could promote the improvement of technological innovation efficiency.
