阿昔洛韦联合西咪替丁治疗小儿水痘的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的分析阿昔洛韦联合西咪替丁对小儿水痘患者的临床疗效。方法应用计算机检索PubMed、中国知网、维普网、万方数据库,查找和比较以利巴韦林为对照组,阿昔洛韦联合西咪替丁治疗小儿水痘的随机对照试验结果。检索时间为建库至2018年6月1日,手工检索并对下载的参考文献进行阅读、评价,并根据纳入、排除标准确定是否纳入研究,采用Revman 5.3版本统计学软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入7篇研究文献,共544例患者(阿昔洛韦+西咪替丁组280例,利巴韦林组264例),结果显示两组之间在总有效率(RR=1.24,95%CI:1.15～1.33,P <0.00001)、退热时间(WMD=-2.09,95%CI:-2.63～-1.54,P<0.00001)、结痂时间(WMD=-2.04,95%CI:-2.71～-1.37,P<0.00001)等方面差异均有统计学意义。结论阿昔洛韦联合西咪替丁用于治疗小儿水痘在总有效率、退热时间、结痂时间方面优于利巴韦林。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Acyclovir combined with Cimetidine in the treatment of children with varicella.Methods PubMed,CNKI,VIP,and WanFang database were searched by computer to find the studies with Rbavirin as control group and randomized controlled trial in treating varicella with Aciclovir and Cimetidine.The search time was from the establishing of database to June 1,2018.The related studies were searched and downloaded,and their references were read and evaluated.Downloaded studies were recruited according to inclusion criteria,and Revman5.3 version statistics software was used for Meta-analysis.Results Totally 544 patients（280 cases in Acyclovir with Cimetidine group,264 cases in Ribavirin group）involved in 7 resarches were studied,and there were significant differences between two groups in total effective rate（RR=1.24,95%CI：1.15-1.33）,P0.00001）,defervescence time（WMD=-2.09,95%CI：-2.63--1.54,P0.00001）and scab time（WMD=-2.04,95%CI：-2.71--1.37,P0.00001）.Conclusion Acyclovir combined with Cimetidine is superior to Rbavirin in terms of total effective rate,fever time and scab time in treating children with varicella.
