摘 要:采用自行设计和研制的滚筒式水玻璃旧砂湿法再生脱水一体化设备,分析了再生转速、再生时间、耗水量、脱水时间和再生次数对水玻璃旧砂再生脱膜率的影响.采用扫描电镜和能谱分析对比了旧砂及再生砂微观形貌和表面成分.研究结果表明:水玻璃旧砂再生脱膜率随着再生转速的增大先增加后减小,在84r/min时最大;再生时间、耗水量、脱水时间和再生次数的增加都可提高再生脱膜率;较优的再生工艺参数为一次耗水量30%、再生时间15 min、再生转速84 r/min、脱水时间90 s以及湿法再生3次(1 t旧砂再生总耗水量为0.9 t),此时再生砂表面比较光滑、没有残留粘结剂膜,再生脱膜率可达90.04%.A self-designed and developed roller-type integrated equipment for wet reclamation and dehydration of used sodium silicate sands was adopted,and the effects of reclamation rotational speed,reclamation time,water consumption,dehydration time and reclamation times on the de-skinning rate of the wet reclamation of used sodium silicate sands were investigated.The morphology and surface elements composition of used sands and reclaimed sands were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer.Research results show that the de-skinning rate of the reclaimed sands first increases and then decreases with the increase of the reclamation rotational speed,with the largest de-skinning rate at 84 r/min.The increase of reclamation time,water consumption,dehydration time and reclamation times could increase the de-skinning rate.The optimal process parameters of reclamation is 30% of water consumption,15 min of reclamation time,84 r/min of reclamation rotational speed,90 s of dehydration time,and three times of wet reclamation(0.9 t total water consumption for 1 t used sands).The surface of reclaimed sands is smooth without residual binder film,and meanwhile the de-skinning rate can reach to 90.04%.
