摘  要:以烯啶虫胺和噻虫嗪2种药剂对灰飞虱的毒力测定结果为基础,采用玻璃管药膜法研制这2种药剂的选药试剂盒,并确定选药试剂盒的货架时间。结果表明:烯啶虫胺和噻虫嗪选药试剂盒对灰飞虱的区分剂量分别为1.18和3.49μg·cm^(-2),噻虫嗪选药试剂盒的最佳贮藏温度和贮藏期分别为4℃和150d或25℃和120d,烯啶虫胺选药试剂盒的最佳贮藏温度和贮藏期分别为4℃和1d。The pesticides selection kit of the small brown planthopper,Laodelphax striatellus,can be used to determine the optimal dosage of pesticides,reduce the dosage of chemical agents and delay the resistance development of the small brown planthopper.In this paper,according to the bioassay results of nitenpyram and thiamethoxam against small brown planthopper,two selection kits were studied by the method of residual film in glass tube and the shelf life of two kits was also studied.The results showed that the diagnose doses of nitenpyram and thiamethoxam against small brown planthopper were 1.18 and 3.49 g·cm^-2.The nitenpyram selection kits for the best storage temperature and storage period was 4℃,150 days or 25℃,120 days.The thiamethoxam selection kits for the best storage temperature and storage period was 4℃,1 day.
