摘　　要：分子标记能够直接反映DNA水平上的遗传变异，能够更好更深入的研究生物的遗传特性。它在中药、壮瑶药研究中的应用越来越广泛，本文对简单重复系列区间（inter-simple sequence repeat，ISSR）标记的近几年的发展历程及其在中药、壮瑶药研究中的应用进行了综述。着重总结了ISSR分子标记技术在鉴别、遗传多样性研究、亲缘关系研究、指纹图谱的建立等方面的研究进展，旨为中药、壮瑶药的开发和利用提供有利参考。Molecular markers can directly reflect the genetic variation at the DNA level, and can better and deeper study of biol Chinese medicine research.
