摘  要:由于隔板饱和度对于AGM阀控式起停电池的各项电化学性能有决定性影响,分别设计三因素三水平DOE正交试验和单因素两水平极差对比试验方案,全面考察活性物质质量、初始加酸质量,以及化成电量对AGM阀控式起停电池隔板饱和度及部分电化学性能的影响。The saturation of AGM separators has a decisive infuence on the electrochemical properties of valve-regulated start-stop battery. In this paper, the design comparison scheme of three-factor three-level DOE orthogonal test and single-factor two-level extreme difference test art respectively designed to comprehensively investigate the infuence of the quality of active substances, the initial acid addition quality and the amount of electricity produced on the saturation of the AGM separators and partial electrochemical properties of AGM valve-regulated start-stop battery.
