摘  要:骑行不远的电动助力车用电池的主要表现是容量低、回升电压高。对电池进行了镉电位测试、隔板中酸密度检测、XRD分析等,并对低容量电池进行了修复。修复后电池容量大幅度提升。根据修复前后活性物质的变化,分析了电池失效与修复机理。为了提升用户骑行体验,建议用户减少充电频次,延长电池使用寿命。The main characteristics of lead-acid batteries with poor endurance for e-bikes are low capacity and high recovery voltage. The electrode potential, the density of electrolyte absorbed in AGM and the composition of the PAM are analyzed. The capacity of low capacity battery is greatly increased after repair. The mechanisms of failure and repair are analyzed according the change of composition of PAM. In order to improve the riding experience of the customers, it is better to reduce the frequency of charging to prolong the life of battery.
