摘 要:石墨烯是一种单原子层构成的二维碳质材料,具有特殊的物理性能和化学性能。石墨烯增强金属基复合材料因其优异的性能受到了越来越多的关注。本文综述了石墨烯增强金属基复合材料的制备方法,综合分析了石墨烯增强金属基复合材料在强度、导热、导电和耐腐蚀性等材料特殊性能方面的研究现状。最后,在指出探明界面结合机制重要性的基础上,展望了石墨烯增强金属基复合材料在提高性能和扩展应用范围等方面的发展趋势。Graphene, a two-dimensional carbon material made up of a single atomic layer structure, shows unique physical and chemical properties.Graphene reinforced metal matrix composites have attracted more and more attention due to excellent properties.In this paper,the synthesis methods of graphene reinforced metal matrix composites were reviewed.The research progress of graphene reinforced metal matrix composites in strength,thermal conduction,conductivity and corrosion resistance was comprehensively analyzed.Finally, on the basis of pointing out the importance of the study on interfacial bonding mechanism, the development trend of graphene reinforced metal matrix composites in improving the performance and extending the scope of application was prospected.
