摘  要:自噬(Autophagy)是继凋亡(Apoptosis)后,当前生命科学最热的研究领域。自噬在机体的免疫、感染、炎症、肿瘤、心血管病、神经退行性病的发病中具有十分重要的作用。随着对自噬探索的深入,越来越多研究证实自噬与多种咪叠病(肝病)的发生密切相关。尽管目前对错综复杂的自噬相关信号转导通路之间相互影响及具体作用机制,研究还不太透彻。但是将自噬作为咪叠病(肝病)特别是肝癌与脂肪肝的治疗新靶点的,临床趋势却愈发凸显。本文就近年来对常见咪叠病(肝病)中有关自噬相关信号转导通路的研究作一综述,同时也为壮瑶药防治咪叠病(肝病)的作用机制研究提供新思路。Autophagy is the most hot field of life science after apoptosis. Autophagy plays role in the immunity, infection, inflammation, tumor, cardiovascular disease an and neurodegenerative disease of the organism. With the further exploration of autophagy, more and more studies have proved that autophagy is closely related to the development of many kinds of liver diseases.Although the interplay between autophagy related action remain not well understood. However, the treatment of liver diseases, especially liver cancer This article reviews the recent studies on signaling pathways and their specific mechanisms of clinical trend of autophagy as a new target for the and fatty liver, has become increasingly prominent. autophagy related signal transduction pathways liver diseases, it also provides a new idea for studying the mechanism of Zhuang Yao medicine in the prevention and treatment of liver diseases.
