妇科手术患者焦虑和抑郁相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科手术患者焦虑和抑郁状况及其相关影响因素。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月我院妇产科进行妇科手术的190例患者作为临床研究对象,应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)以及自制焦虑和抑郁影响因素调查问卷对妇科手术患者的焦虑和抑郁状况及其影响因素进行调查分析。结果年龄,文化程度,婚姻状况,工作情况,医疗费用是影响妇科手术患者焦虑和抑郁的相关因素(P<0. 05),且年龄> 40岁,高中及以上文化程度,婚姻状况为已婚,工作情况为在职,医疗费用为自费的患者在妇科手术前后极易发生焦虑和抑郁等负性情绪(P <0. 05)。结论妇科手术患者的焦虑和抑郁状况与年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、工作情况、医疗费用等因素相关,围术期应针对危险因素积极采取预防和控制措施,能改善患者的负性情绪。Objective To investigate the anxiety and depression status and its influencing factors in patients with gynecological surgery. Methods To investigate and analyze the anxiety and depression status and its influencing factors in patients with gynecological surgery using self- rating anxiety scale （ SAS）, self- rating depression scale（SDS） and self- designated questionnaire on influencing factors of anxiety and depression, 190 cases of patients un- derwent gynecological surgery in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were observed. Results Age, education level, marital status, work status and medical expenses were related factors affecting anxiety and depression in gynecological surgery patients （P 〈 0.05）. Patients over 40 years old, with high school education or above, married, working and self- paid medical treatment are prone to negative emotions such as anxiety and depression before and after gynecological surgery（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The anxiety and depression status of gynecological surgery patients are related to age, education level, marital status, work status, medical expenses and other factors. Preventive and control measures for risk factors should be taken during perioperative period, which could improve the negative emotions of patients.
