摘　　要：目的探快速康复外科理念(FTS)对腹腔镜下全膀胱切除术后患者的护理效果及并发症预防中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年9月至2018年9月收治的68例择期腹腔镜下全膀胱切除术患者为研究对象,随机将患者等分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施基于FTS的外科护理,比较两组患者护理效果和并发症发生率。结果研究组患者肛门恢复排气时间、首次进食时间、首次大便时间及总入院时间均明显短于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论 FTS可有效缩短患者肠道通气、排便及进食时间,快速恢复患者胃肠道功能和免疫功能,控制并发症发生,促进机体恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of fast - track surgery concept （FTS） on nursing outcome and complications prevention of patients after laparoscopicl cystectomy. Methods To compare the nursing effect and incidence of complications, 68 cases of patients underwent elective laparoscopicl cystectomy in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were observed, and were randomly divided into study group and control group with equal members. The control group received routine nursing, while the study group received FTS surgical care on the basis of the control group. Results The recovery time of anus exhaust, first feeding time, first defecation time and total hospitalization time were significantly shorter in the study group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclu- sion FTS could effectively shorten the time of intestinal ventilation, defecation and feeding of patients, rapidly restored their gastrointestinal function and immune function, controlled the occurrence of complications, and promoted the recovery of the body,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
