摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA应用于手术室与供应室一体化管理对不良事件及医护满意的影响效果。方法抽取我院2015年12月至2016年12月440件手术器械作为对照组,抽取我院2017年1月至2018年1月440件手术器械作为研究组,对照组采用一体化管理,研究组采用PDCA管理,比较两组器械不良事件发生率及医护满意度。结果研究组手术器械不良事件发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05),研究组医护人员满意度高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论手术室与供应室一体化管理模式基础上联合应用PDCA管理,可有效提高手术器械管理质量,降低手术器械不良事件发生率,提高医护人员对使用器械满意度。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA in integration management of operating room and supply room on adverse events and medical satisfaction. Methods To compare the incidence of adverse events of surgical device and medical satisfaction, 440 pieces of surgical instruments of our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were sampled as the control group, and another 440 pieces of surgical instruments of our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were sampled as the study group. The control group was under integrated management, while the study group was under the PDCA management. Results The incidence of adverse events of surgical device in the study group was lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. The satisfaction of medical staffs in the study group were higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combination of PDCA management based on the integrated management of operating room and supply room could effectively improve the quality of surgical instruments management, reduce the incidence of adverse events of surgical device, and promote the satisfaction of medical personnel on the use of surgical devices.
