摘　　要：[目的]探讨PDCA联合ABC护理管理健康教育对卵巢癌病人依从性、睡眠质量和生活质量的影响。[方法]选取2014年7月—2015年12月在我院采用化疗的卵巢癌病人106例,随机分为对照组和研究组各53例。对照组行常规健康教育,研究组行PDCA联合ABC护理管理健康教育,观察两组生活质量、睡眠质量、依从性等情况。[结果]干预后,研究组治疗依从性、健康教育满意评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生理功能、社会功能、生理职能、情感职能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、活力、总体健康评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组睡眠质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对采用化疗的卵巢癌病人,实施PDCA联合ABC护理管理健康教育能改善病人睡眠质量及生活质量,提高治疗依从性及健康教育满意率。Objective：To investigate the effects of Plan-Do-Check Action （PDCA） Cycle combined with Activity Based Classifica tion （ABC） nursing management health education in the treatment of ovarian cancer patients with chemotherapy on the compliance, sleep quality, and quality of life （QOI.）. Methods：A total of 106 patients with ovarian cancer treated with chemotherapy in our hospital from July 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 53 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education. The study group underwent PDCA combined with ABC nursing management health education to observe the QOL,sleep quality , and compliance of the two groups. Results：After the intervention , the treatment compliance,and health education satisfaction scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statis tically significant （P〈0.05） ; the physiological function , social function , physiological function , emotional function , physical pain , mental health,vitality,and overall health scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was sta tistically significant （P〈0.05）. The sleep quality of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions ：The implementation of PDCA combined with ABC nursing management health educa tion for patients with ovarian cancer treated with chemotherapy could improve the quality of sleep,QOL,treatment compliance,and health education satisfaction rate.
