摘  要:电磁炉在工作过程中会产生较大噪声。对电磁炉噪声进行测试,对噪声时域测试数据进行处理和对比,分析不同水位和不同工况下时域噪声信号的变化特点;对时域数据进行频谱变换,分析噪声频谱结构,识别噪声成分。锅具悬空时,电磁炉加热噪声的频谱分析进一步证实电磁噪声的特点。将不同时间点的噪声频谱进行对比,分析水沸腾在不同时间段引起的噪声变化;通过声功率占比的计算求得各类噪声的贡献度。研究成果可为电磁炉噪声控制提供依据。Induction cookers can generate large noise in use. In this paper, the noises of an induction cooker axe tested. The time-domain test data is analyzed by means of Matlab software to obtain the variation characteristics of the time-domain noise under different operating conditions. Using LMS Test. Lab software, the time-domain data is transformed into frequency-domain date to analyze the characteristics of noise spectrum in order to recognize the noise components. Especially, when the cookwaxe is suspended, the spectral analysis of the heating noise can confirm the characteristics of the electromagnetic noise. The noise variation characteristics caused by water boiling at different time periods axe analyzed by mutually comparing the noise spectra at different time points. According to the calculation of the proportion of acoustic power, the contribution degrees of various noise components axe obtained. These results provide a scientific basis for effectively controlling the noise of induction cookers.
