摘  要:目的分析品管圈管理模式在神经内科护理管理中的运用的效果,为护理实践提供可参考依据。方法选取2017年2月—2018年2月期间来该院神经内科就诊的120例患者作为研究对象,按照入院号的奇偶性分为对照组与观察组。依据不同的护理模式,将20名护理人员也分为两组,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用品管圈管理模式。然后,比较两组护理后的护理指标及患者满意度。结果观察组的基础护理、护理操作、护理安全、护理文书、病室管理等指标评分均优于对照组。观察组患者满意度为91.67%。对照组患者满意度为73.33%。观察组患者满意度明显比对照组高,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.738,P<0.05)。结论品管圈管理护理模式比常规护理模式更适合在神经内科护理管理中应用,能有效提高护理质量,患者满意度高,值得临床广泛实施。Objective To analyze the effect of quality management mode in neurological nursing management and providereference for nursing practice. Methods A total of 120 patients who came to the hospital for neurology from February 2017to February 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to theparity of the admission number. According to different nursing modes, 20 nursing staff were also divided into two groups.The control group adopted the routine nursing mode, and the observation group adopted the quality control circle management mode. Then, compare the nursing indicators and patient satisfaction of the two groups. Results The scores of the basicnursing, nursing operation, nursing safety, nursing documents, and ward management of the observation group were betterthan those of the control group. The patient satisfaction in the observation group was 91.67%. The patient satisfaction in thecontrol group was 73.33%. The satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in thecontrol group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=5.738,P〈0.05). Conclusion The qualitycontrol circle management nursing mode is more suitable for the application of neurological nursing management than theconventional nursing mode. It can effectively improve the quality of care, and the patient satisfaction is high, which is worthy of clinical implementation.
