摘　　要：公立医院是国家社会服务系统的重要组成部分,是医疗市场的主体。习近平总书记在第34次中央全面深化改革领导小组会上提出:要加强公立医院党的领导和建设。在这样的时代背景下,该文论述了在现代医院管理制度中加强党的领导的作用及主要路径,积极探索公立医院管理制度建设新方式和新思路。Public hospitals are an important part of the national social service system and the main body of the medical market. General Secretary Xi Jin-ping proposed at the 34th Central Comprehensive Deepening Reform Leading Group meeting： it is necessary to strengthen the leadership and construction of the party in public hospitals. Under the background of this era, this paper discusses the role and main path of strengthening party leadership in the modern hospital management system, and actively explores new ways and new ideas for the construction of public hospital management systems.
