摘 要:目的探讨西药药房中药品差错发生的原因,并提出加强西药药房管理及减少药患纠纷问题的策略。方法随机选取2016年8月—2017年7月该院收治的110例患者为该次研究对象,所有患者均采用西药治疗,按照随机对照原则分为对照组和观察组,各55例。其中对照组患者未加强西药药房管理,观察组患者加强西药药房管理,对两组患者和药物之间纠纷情况和整体满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者和药物纠纷率与整体满意度水平均明显优于对照组,药品差错事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强西药药房管理,可以减少药患纠纷发生率,提高整体满意度水平。Objective To explore the causes of drug errors in western medicine pharmacies, and to propose strategies to strengthen the management of western medicine pharmacies and reduce the problem of drug disputes. Methods A total of 110 patients admitted to the hospital from August 2016 to July 2017 were randomly selected. All patients were treated with western medicine. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of randomized control. Each group of patients had 55 cases. Among them, the control group patients did not strengthen the management of western medicine pharmacy, and the observation group patients strengthened the management of western medicine pharmacy, and compared the dispute situation and overall satisfaction between the two groups of patients and drugs. Results In the observation group, the drug dispute rate and overall satisfaction level were significantly better than the control group. The incidence of drug errors was significantly lower than that of the control group,the different was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the management of western medicine pharmacies can reduce the incidence of drug disputes and improve the overall satisfaction level.
