摘　　要：随着医疗技术的迅猛发展,医院对医务人员知识结构及专业水平要求逐渐提高,进修医师培训成为当前继续教育的重要内容,是医务人员掌握新知识、新技术的重要途径。根据新时期对医学人才的要求,探讨如何加强和改进进修医师培养及管理模式,是医院进修培训科室面前的重要任务,该文就该院临床进修医师培养和管理模式进行探索,目的是为了提高医疗质量与安全。With the rapid development of medical technology, hospitals have gradually improved the knowledge structure and professional level of medical personnel. The training of advanced doctors has become an important part of current continuing education, and an important way for medical personnel to master new knowledge and new technologies. According to the requirements of medical talents in the new era, it is an important task for the hospital training training department to explore how to strengthen and improve the training and management mode of advanced doctors. This article explores the training and management mode of clinical training doctors in the hospital, aiming to improve medical care quality and safety.
