摘 要:目的:考察高温环境对川芎挥发油化学成分的影响,明确川芎"散气走味"物质基础。方法:川芎在40℃环境下放置0、5、10 d,用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,采用GC-MS对其化学组分进行分析比较。结果:5 d后川芎挥发油中化合物数目增加,10 d后化合物数目减少,化学成分变化明显,主要是桧烯、萜品烯、萜品油烯、萜品醇等烯萜类化合物减少。结论:高温会引起川芎挥发油成分变化,川芎在贮藏过程中"散气走味"变质现象的物质基础可能是烯萜类和苯酞类成分。Objective To investigate the influence of high temperature environment on the chemical constituents of essential oil of Chuanxiong Rhizoma and clarify the material basis of"loose gas and smell". Methods Chuanxiong Rhizoma was placed in 40°C environment for 0,5 and 10 days. Then essential oil was extracted by steam distillation and the chemical compositions of different days were analyzed and compared by GC-MS. Results The number of the chemical constituents of essential oil in Chuanxiong Rhizoma increased in the high temperature after 5 days,while the number of the chemical constituents decreased after 10 days. The Chemical Composition of essential oil varied obviously in the high temperature. The decreased constituents of essential oil in Chuanxiong Rhizoma were mainly terpenoids,such as sabinene,terpinene,terpinolene and terpineol. Conclusion The essential oil composition of Chuanxiong Rhizoma could be changed by high temperature. The material basis of the metamorphism of"loose gas and smell"in the course of storage may be terpene,and phthalide.
