摘　　要：痛经是一种青年妇女常见的妇科疾病。陈莹教授认为痛经多以脾肾阳虚为本,瘀阻冲任为标。而月经的发生又是血海满溢之过程,故其在治疗上多采用分期论治之法,经前期及经期活血化瘀以治其标,经后温肾助阳以治其本。标本兼治,临床上常可取得显著疗效。Dysmenorrhea is a kind of gynecological disease more common in young women. Professor Chen Ying believes that dysmenorrhea is based on deficiency of spleen and kidney yang,and blood stasis is the standard. And the occurrence of menstruation is the process of blood sea overflow,so we usually use the method of treating it by stages,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the premenstrual period to treat its standard,warming the kidney and helping yang after the treatment of its root. ＂ Treatment of both symptoms and symptoms,clinical can often achieve significant results.
