摘　　要：王晓光教授从事中西医内科、肾病专业30余年,对中西医结合治疗慢性肾脏病各期有独特经验。因膏方服用方法方便,患者医从性高,故王晓光教授尤其擅长使用膏方调治难治性肾综的患者,其认为用药应以补脾肾为主,活血祛瘀贯穿全程,同时根据不同病症,遵从三因制宜的原则,配伍适当的药物,一人一方辨证给药。笔者有幸从师学习,获益良多,现择其精要,以飨同道。Professor Wang has been majoring in Chinese and Western medicine and nephropathy for more than 30 years. Because of the use of herbal paste prescription is convenient,patients are willing to accept this method. So professor Wang is good at using herbal paste prescription to treat the RNS patients,thinking that the treatment should complement the spleen and kidney,removing blood stasis throughout the whole process,and according to different patients＇ symptoms,following the principles of three factors,one patient for one side dialectical administration. I am fortunate to learn from Professor Wang,great benefits,now choose it＇s essence,to enjoy the same.
