综合心理干预联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛对肿瘤放化疗患者负性情绪影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合心理干预联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛在恶性肿瘤放化疗患者中治疗肿瘤相关性焦虑、抑郁的临床疗效观察。方法:选取2015年3月至2017年3月来我院放化疗的初治恶性肿瘤患者82例,将其随机分为2组,对照组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片,研究组在此基础上进行针对性综合心理干预,观察2组治疗前后肿瘤相关负性情绪变化及患者的治疗依从性。结果:研究组患者治疗依从性好于对照组(P<0.05),并且研究组在心理干预后,患者的焦虑和抑郁程度改善,躯体功能、情绪功能、总体生活质量明显增强(P<0.05)。结论:综合心理干预联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛可有效改善肿瘤放化疗患者相关性焦虑与抑郁,提高患者的治疗依从性,并使患者在躯体功能、情绪功能以及总体生活质量方面获益。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of psychological intervention combined with flupentixol melitracen tablet in the treatment of cancer-related anxiety and depression. Methods： A total of 82 cases of primary cancer patients who were treated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy in our hospital from Mar 2015 to Mar 2017 were sellected as the subjects and were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group （40 cases） was given flupentixol melitracen tablets, in addition, the experimental group （42 cases） also received psychological intervention. The anxiety, depression and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared. Results： The treatment compliance in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. And compared with the control group, the anxiety and depression of the patients improved, the physical function, emotional function and overall quality of life increased significantly in the experimental group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Psychological intervention combined with flupentixol melitracen tablet can effectively improve cancer-related anxiety and depression, and improve the treatment compliance and overall quality of life of patients.
