摘  要:随着世界各国对环境问题的关注度越来越高,低碳运输已经逐渐成为世界各国交通运输的发展方向。但很多学者在研究多式联运这种被广泛采用的运输方式时,却很少考虑多式联运的碳排放。本文首先对现有的多式联运理论研究进行介绍,分析了不考虑碳排放和考虑碳排放的多式联运模型。在此基础上提出了运输总成本最小和运输碳排放总量最小的多目标0-1规划模型。将权值的理念运用到理想点法的求解中,把多目标规划转化为单目标函数。基于模型和算法给出了算例,对比分析了不同权值对应的求解结果以及不同求解方法的求解结果。As countries in the world pay more and more attention to environmental problems,Low-carbon transport has gradually become the development direction of transportation in various countries. Firstly,the existing theoretical research on multimodal transport is introduced. The multimodal transport models which considers carbon emission and which not are analyzed. A multi-objective 0-1 programming with the minimum total transportation cost and total transportation carbon emission is established based on the above analysis. In order to transform multi-objective programming into single-objective function, the concept of weight is applied to the solution of ideal point method. An example is calculated based on the model and algorithm. The result solved by different methods and the result of different weights are compared and analyzed.
