摘  要:针对现今广泛采用的冷压装与注油压装方法展开研究,建立轮轴压装接触有限元仿真模型,探究过盈量对注油压装过程力学性能的影响,并充分对比注油压装与冷压装过程压装力、等效应力的区别,研究结果表明:注油压装方法压装力曲线呈先增大后减小的变化趋势;过盈量越大,压装力越大,且近似呈正比增加;注油压装方法相比冷压装方法,压装过程更平稳,作用力更小,且能充分避免应力集中情况,是较为理想的压装方法。The cold press-fitting and oil-filled press-fitting methods widely used today were studied. In this case, a finite element simulation model of axle press-fitting contact was established. The influence of the interference on the mechanical properties of the oil-filled press-fitting process was investigated, and the comparison of the press-fitting forces and equivalent stresses between oil-filled press-fitting and cold press-fitting processes was fully conducted. The results show that the pressure-loading force curve of the oil-filled press-fitting method first increases and then decreases; the larger the interference is, the greater is the press-fitting force which increases proportionally. Compared with the cold press-fitting method, the oil-filled press-fitting method is more ideal in the press-fitting process with higher stability and lower forces, and the stress concentration can be sufficiently avoided.
