摘  要:针对传统的引线室内烘干无法持续提供丝线,烘干效率低的缺点,设计一种新型的高效湿线烘干机。该烘干机由行星轮系、涡轮蜗杆传动机构与皮带传动机构组成,实现了湿线输入、烘干及输出的连续性。以圆柱绕流理论为指导确定烘干机绕线组间距比为1,采用CFD技术建立绕线组等效模型,通过仿真计算获得绕线组顶部和底部所留间隙及进口风速变化时穿过绕线组内部的烘烤气流质量流量及进出口压差数据,探究不同风速下间隙变化对流过绕线组内部的质量流量的影响,并确定最佳上下间隙为10mm。实验不同风速下烘干一箱湿线所需的时间,结合压差数据变化规律确定出线速度为0.046m/s,烘烤风速为2m/s。试运行证明,该设计相对于传统的密集型房式烘烤可节省烘烤时间38%。A new type of high efficiency wet yarn dryer was designed to overcome the shortcomings of traditional indoor drying, such as unsustainable supply of yarn and low drying efficiency. The dryer consists of a planetary gear train, a worm transmission mechanism and a belt drive mechanism, which realizes the continuity of wet yarn input, drying and output. According to the theory of flow around a cylinder, the spacing ratio of the dryer winding is determined to be 1. The equivalent model of winding group is established by using CFD technology. With the change of the gap at the top and bottom of the winding and the inlet wind speed, the mass flow rate and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the baking air passing through the winding are obtained by simulation calculation. The influence of clearance variation on the mass flow inside the winding group is explored under different wind speeds, which determines that the best upper and lower clearance is 10 mm. According to the variation law of pressure difference data and the time needed to dry a box of wet yarn under different wind speeds, the linear velocity is 0.046 m/s and the baking wind speed is 2 m/s. The trial run proves that the design can save 38% of the baking time compared with the traditional intensive room type baking.
