摘  要:目的:探讨长期有氧运动锻炼联合银杏叶片治疗动脉硬化的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年1月~2018年1月西安医学院附属医院收治的颈动脉粥样硬化患者104例,采用随机数字表法,将患者分为观察组与对照组,各52例。对照组予以银杏叶片治疗,观察组予以长期有氧运动锻炼联合银杏叶片治疗,两组均治疗6个月,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后的的TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于治疗前,HDL-C水平高于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的CIMT、斑块面积小于治疗前,大脑动脉血液速度高于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的CIMT、斑块面积小于对照组,大脑左中动脉血液速度、大脑右中动脉血液速度、基底动脉血液速度高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长期有氧运动锻炼联合银杏叶片治疗可有效降低颈动脉粥样硬化患者的血脂浓度,改善脑供血。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of long-term aerobic exercise combined with Ginkgo biloba leaves on atherosclerosis. Methods: A total of 104 patients with carotid atherosclerosis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical College from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into exercise training group and control group, 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Ginkgo biloba leaves, while the exercise training group was treated with long-term aerobic exercise combined with Ginkgo biloba leaves. Both groups were treated for 6 months. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of HDL-C were higher than those before treatment ( P 〈0.05); after treatment, the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the exercise training group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of HDL-C were higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups ( P 〈0.05). After treatment, the CIMT and plaque area of the two groups were smaller than those before treatment, and the blood velocity of cerebral artery was higher than that before treatment ( P 〈0.05); after treatment, the CIMT and plaque area of the exercise training group were smaller than those of the control group, and the blood velocities of left middle cerebral artery, right middle cerebral artery and basilar artery were higher than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Long-term aerobic exercise combined with Ginkgo biloba leaf therapy can effectively reduce the blood lipid concentration in patients with carotid atherosclerosis and improve cerebral blood supply.
