鸡减蛋综合征油乳灭活苗的制备及其免疫效果的测定

摘　　要：本研究以鸡减蛋综合征(EDS—76)当地流行毒株做为种毒培养病毒,配以油佐剂制奋了鸡减蛋综合征油乳灭活苗。经实验室免疫试验和大田免疫试验证明,该苗在免疫后第10天即可产生坚强的免疫力(HI效价为8.5log2),到第30天血清中HI效价达到高峰(11.25log2),直到第150天,其HI效价仍为(7.5log2)。对所有用苗鸡群(10万余只)跟踪调查10个月,未发现有发病鸡群,免疫效果普遍反映良好。保存期试验证明,该苗在4℃可保存18个月以上,室温阴暗处可保存10个月以上,这些均证明该苗产生免疫力快,强而且持久,可以有效地控制鸡减蛋综合征在本地区的流行,应进行大面积的推广应用。The oil-Adjuvant Inactivated Vaccine against EDS-76 was preparated with the isolative strain of virus. The efficacy of immune experiment showed that the strong immunity have produeed 10-day postino culation (the titers of HI was 8. 5log2) the peak of titers have reached after inoculation of the thirty days (11. 25log2) the titers of HIstill was 7. 51og2 until 150-day postinoculation. The tracking investigation on inoculative chicken (about 100 thousands) was made within 300 days postinoculation, the immune efficacy was very good. The period of preservation was 540 days at 4°C, and that was 300 days at 20-25°C. It can be concluded that the Oil-Adjuvant Inactivated Vaccine was able to control the EDS-76 epidemic in the region, and ought to popularize application extensively.
