摘　　要：该文较为详细地描述了治安卡口系统的实现框架和关键技术,针对这一特定的应用领域,提出了真正基于图象内容的图象数据库CBIDB(Content-BasedImageDatabase)构建方法,将图象数据库与视频拍摄系统的结合应用到了智能化和信息化的新一代卡口系统。其实现思路可以推广到很多涉及图像识别的系统,同时也对基于内容的多媒体数据库系统有一定的参考价值。The paper describes the realized frame and key technology of Secure-Access System in detail.Aiming at this special application field,it brings the construction method of the real Content-based Image Database,and applies the combination of image database and video-based automatic vehicle identification system to a new generation secure-ac-cess system,which is intelligent and informative.This realizing idea can be used to many systems which are related with image recognition,and it can also direct the construction of content-based multimedia database.
