摘　　要：本文总结了当前我国中小学教师的心理健康存在的较严重的问题,同时借鉴相关的理论和研究方法,从社会因素、工作环境因素和个人因素三大层面剖析了其成因。相对应地,也从这三个层面提出了一些对策。There aresome serious problems in teachers' psychological health in middle and elementary schools. The paper, based on some theories and research methods, analyzes the causes from three aspects, that is, social, working condition and personal factors. Some countermeasures are thus put forward to solve the problems.
