摘 要:以粉煤灰 -空气为实验物系 ,测定了Φ2 3 4mm双切向环流式旋风除尘器的除尘效率和压降。实验的入口气速为 1 8~ 2 8m·s- 1、含尘浓度为 6~ 2 0 g·m- 3 。结果表明 ,双切向环流式旋风除尘器比单切向环流式旋风除尘器的分离效率有所提高 ,d50 为 2 .3 μm;压降在 70 0~ 1 2 0 0 Pa范围内 ,比单切向环流式旋风除尘器的压降低 2 0 0 Pa,处理量有所增大 ;Experimental study was carried out on a new developed cyclone-circumfluent cyclone with two inlets (CFCT). Pressure drop and collection efficiency were measured with an inlet gas velocity range of 18~28 m·s -1 and a dust concentration range of 6~20 g·m -3 respectively, with air and powdered coal ash system. The results showed that the collection efficiency of CFCT was higher than that of circumfluent cyclone with one inlet (CFCO), and the pressure drop of CFCT was lower than that of CFCO. The d 50 of CFCT could reach 2.3 μm and the pressure drop of CFCT was 700~1200 Pa. Therefore, CFCT showed a better separation performance with large processing capacity.
