摘 要:研究设计了一种新型高效的除雾设备——直流降膜式旋风除雾器 ,以空气 -水为实验物系 ,测定了Φ2 50 mm的直流降膜式旋风除雾器的压降及除雾效果。实验结果表明 ,压降随气速的增大而增大 ,出口气体含雾量随气速的增大仅略有下降。在此基础上 ,选定了最佳操作条件 ,进行了工业放大 。A new down flow cyclone separator was developed for demisting from gas. It has the advantages of simple structure, higher effective separation, lower pressure drop. The pressure drop and demisting effect of the down flow cyclone demister were measuresd with air-water system.The results showed that the pressure increased with gas velocity and the amount of mist-hold of the outlet gas decreased slightly with gas velocity.Meanwhile,the optimum operation conditions were determined .The industrial scale-up based on the results was carried out and good effects were obtained. The new down flow cyclone separator can be applied widely as a new separator with higher efficiency.
