摘 要:以伊朗减压渣油为原料进行了延迟焦化成焦周期与焦炭收率和性质关系的模拟试验 ,得出焦炭收率和焦炭挥发分随成焦时间变化的数学模型。应用该模型计算出工业焦化装置成焦周期缩短后 ,焦炭收率和焦炭挥发分增加的变化规律 ;并得出结论 ,焦炭挥发分增加主要是切换塔前 7h时间内生成焦炭的挥发分增加造成的。要降低焦炭的收率和挥发分 ,重点应降低这部分焦炭的收率和挥发分。Relations between coking period and the yield and quality of coke have been tested and simulated with Iran vacuum residue oil and the mathematical model which illustrate the functions between coke yield and volatile combustible material (VCM) and coking period has been obtained. The change rule that coking yield and coke VCM increase as the coking period shortens in the commercial delayed coking unit has been calculated by the model. It is concluded that the increase of coke VCM is mainly caused by the VCM produced within the last seven hours of coker switched. The key to decrease coke yield and coke VCM is to decrease the coke yield and coke VCM in this period.
