用于二次采油的MF-1多功能杀菌剂的合成及其性能研究

摘　　要：在现有季铵盐杀菌灭藻剂上加接一个脂键,连接一个有机酸基团,合成一种兼具阻垢缓蚀功能的新型工业水处理用杀菌灭藻剂MF-1。评价试验结果表明:MF-1新型杀菌剂在较低浓度(30mg/L)下,对硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)及腐生菌(TGB)的杀灭效果为100％,优于季铵盐型1227杀菌剂,同时还具有较好的缓蚀阻垢效果。MF-1 bactericide is a muhifunctional agent with anti-fouling and corrosion inhibition per-formance, which was prepared by grafting an organic acid group and adding an aliphatic group on con-ventional quaternary ammonium salt bactericide. The evaluation result showed that MF-1 possessedgood anti-fouling and corrosion inhibition performance, at a dosage of 30mg/L in water flooding, theSRB and TGB could be 100% killed, which was better than the conventional quaternary ammonium salttype bactericide 1227.
