摘 要:膜分离法由于其潜在的低能耗、高效益、无污染等优点而受到关注,其中促进输送膜在烯烃/烷烃分离中更因具有高的选择性而引起研究者的兴趣。介绍了促进输送膜进行烯烃/烷烃分离的研究进展,较详细地阐述了促进输送膜的分离机理、膜的分类以及影响分离性能的各种因素。Olefin and paraffin are commonly separated by cryogenic distillation,extractive distillation or adsorption technologies.The enormous capital and operating costs associated with low-temperature distillation processes have motivated further research into olefin/paraffin separation schemes operating in an economically acceptable manner.An alternative process based upon reversible chemical complexation,which is known as the facilitated transport by membranes has many advantages over the traditionally used technologies.Using transition metal ions as facilitated transport carriers,the olefins can be selectively transported through the membranes.The facilitated transport membranes can give a high olefin/paraffin selectivity to yield permeate with high olefin purity, and the operation conditions can greatly affect the selectivity.The development of facilitated transport membranes in recent 20 years is reviewed.The mechanisms of olefin-metal ion complexation and the conditions affecting the properties of the facilitated transport membranes for olefin/paraffin separation are also described.
