摘  要:采用催化合成法合成三(4-甲基苯甲酸)纤维素酯,并负载于Gas Chrom Q载体上,用不同类型的探针分子表征其作为气相色谱固定相时的吸附性能。实验结果表明,不同类型探针分子在三(4-甲基苯甲酸)纤维素酯上具有不同的吸附热(-△Ha),这表明探针分子与固定相之间发生不同的相互作用力,即π-π相互作用,氢键作用以及偶极-偶极相互作用等。并且,在三(4-甲基苯甲酸)纤维素酯/GDX103的色 谱固定相上成功地分离了脂肪酸(C1-C6),特别是较好地分离丙醇和丁醇的六个异构体。The cellulose tris(4-chlorobenzoate) was synthesised by the catalytic method. The absorption capability of Gas Chrom Q coated with cellulose tris(4-chlorobenzoate) used as a chromatographic stationary phase was characterized by a variety of probe molecules. The experimental results showed that values of the heat of adsorption (-DHa) of a variety of probe molecules on Gas Chrom Q coated with cellulose tris(4-chlorobenzoate) were different. It indicates that the various kinds of interactions between probe molecules and chromatographic stationary phase occur which including p-p interaction, hydrogen-bonding interaction, dipole-dipole interaction and so on. The organic functional groups on the cellulose tris(4-methylbenzoate) such as phenyl and ester carbonyl groups have important roles in the chromatographic separation process. C1~C6 aliphatic alcohols were successfully separated on glass column packed with GDX10 coated with cellullose tris(4-chlorobenzoate). The separation efficiency of six isomers of propanol and butanol was also good.
