摘 要:曾研究了 Cu/ Cr二元催化剂上甲醇部分氧化制氢的反应 ,发现当 Cu/ Cr比为 6∶ 4时 ,催化剂的 Cu0 比表面积最大 ,呈现出较好的活性 .在 Cu/ Cr(6∶ 4 )催化剂中添加 Fe、Zn、Al等 8种助剂 ,考察其对甲醇部分氧化制氢催化性能的影响 ,并着重研究了 Zn助剂的作用 .实验结果表明 ,Zn的引入 ,有利于催化剂活性的提高 .当Zn含量为 10 %时 ,催化剂活性最好 .XRD表征结果表明 ,Cu/ Cr催化剂的失活与其表面上的 Cu物种烧结有关 ,Zn的引入可明显增强 Cu/ Cr(6∶ 4 )催化剂的热稳定性 。In the previous work, we have studied the partial oxidation reaction of methanol over Cu/Cr catalysts and found that Cu60Cr40 catalyst had high Cu\+0 surface area and the catalyst performance was good comparing with other Cu/Cr catalysts. In this work, the effect of eight promoters such as Fe, Zn, Al on performance of the Cu60Cr40 catalyst was investegated. It was found that the addition of Zn promoter can improve CH\-3OH conversion, and the performance of the Cu/Cr/Zn catalyst was best when the content of Zn with 10%. In addition, slower deactivation was observed for the Cu/Cr/Zn catalyst than Cu60Cr40 catalyst during stability study. The sintering of Cu is one of the main causes of deactivation and the introduction of Zn is helpful to improve the stability of Cu60Cr40 catalyst.
