彩色多普勒诊断先天性心脏病的价值

摘　　要：报道140例经手术证实的先天性心脏病的彩色多普勒超声所见。认为彩色多普勒超声对先天性心脏病的诊断具有迅速、直观、准确地判断病变部位、大小,类型及异常血流束的方向、性质的特点。尤其是对小室间隔缺损及多发室间隔缺损的检出较二维超声心动图及脉冲多普勒有明显的优越性。对主动脉骑跨的异常血液动力学改变则可直接显示,其特异性有重要的鉴别诊断意义。对部分重度先天性狭窄口径的准确测量上亦有独特之处。An evaluation of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) for the diagnosis of congenital heart diseases in 140 cases was carried out.CDFI diagnosis has been instant and was accurate in determining the location, size and type of defect and in detecting the direction of abbe rant blood flow and the characteristics of the abnormal shunt.It was particularly useful in the diagnosis of small VSD and multiple VSD and was believed to be superior to two dimensional echo and pulsed Doppler echo. CDF I might provide direct imaging observation on the abnormal hemodynamics of F4 and has been important in the differential diagnosis. CDFI might be also of value in the assessment of the diameter of some serious congenital stenotic path.
