脾栓塞术在血液病中的应用

摘　　要：25例病人经导管血管进行了脾栓塞,其中2例经2次栓塞,共27例次,均操作成功,术中术后无严重合并症。部份脾栓塞用于免疫性血小板减少,达到了切脾疗效,且保留了机体免疫功能。25 patients have undergone partial splenic embolization. 23 patients underwent PES once, while 2 patients were treated twice : thus a total of 27 procedures were carried out . All of them were successfully treated with transcatheter partial embolization. A detailed description of our method, which consists of partial splenic embolization area, adequate complementary fluid body, antibiotic prophyiaxis and careful pre-and postemboliza-tion, is report. It is concluded that partial splenic embolization provides an alternative to splenectomy for idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and is equally effective and much safer.
