摘　　要：以美国国家导弹防御计划为背景对美、俄所签订的反导条约作了分析 ,其中包括条约要点、条约修改和发展 ,从“修约”到单方“退约”等 。Under the background of American NMD project,the antiballistic missile treaty signed between U.S.and Russia is analyzed,including outlines,amendments and development of the treaty,from 'amending the treaty' to'quiting the treaty',finally,the background and effect of U.S quiting the treaty is concluded.
