摘  要:目的 研究大气单因子污染指数 (Pi)与上呼吸道感染疾病构成比 (Y)的相关性 ,确定主要致病污染物。方法 用化学分析方法测定大气中各污染物含量 ,用单纯整群抽样法进行上呼吸道感染疾病构成比的调查 ,用多元线性回归和多元逐步回归统计分析法分析Pi与Y的相关性。结果  1996年~ 2 0 0 1年郑州市大气中各污染物污染作用大小为TSP >NOx >SO2 、PSO2 、PNOX、PTSP,与Y的相关系数分别为 0 4 32 (P =0 0 0 0 )、0 2 93(P =0 0 13)、0 32 2 (P=0 0 0 6 )。郑州市大气污染物中的SO2 与Y关系密切 ,STP和NOX 可协同作用。PSO2 与Y的线性回归方程为 :y =0 94 1+1 6 75PSO2 。结论 郑州市大气污染物中SO2 是主要致病污染物 ,PSO2 与Y存在线性回归方程式 ,TSP与NOX可协同SO2Objective To study the correlation between air single factor pollution Pi and Y of the forming rate of the upper respiratory tract desease in Zhengzhou City since 1996 and decide its main pathogenic pollutant substance.Methods Using chemical analysis ways determine each pollutant substance in the air Using the simple hole sample method investigates Y Using pluralism linear regression and pluralism progressive regression analyse the ralationship between Pi and Y.Results From 1996 to 2001,in Zhengzhou City the sequence of pollutants by contributing to pollution was TSP>NO x>SO 2 The relationship coefficient between P SO 2 ?P TSP ?P NO x and Y partly was 0 432(p=0 000),0 322(P=0 006),0 293(P=0 013) Prompted by pluralism linear regression and pluralism progressive regression in Zhengzhou city,P SO 2 and Y in air pollution has closed relationship TST and NO x has coordinated action P SO 2 and Y's linear regression equation is Y=0 941+1 675 P SO 2 .Conclusion In air pollutant substance of Zhengzhou city,SO 2 is the main pathogenic factor,P SO 2 and Y contain linear regression equation,TSP and NO x has coordinated pathogenic action This studying can provide the forecast for Y,the pathogenic analysing,and the suggestion about prevention and cure for medical and health departments.
